FAQ:

1) Do you do requests/art trades/commissions?

NO. I do NOT do requests, commissions, or art trades. Art trades and gifts are for friends only. If I don’t know you, if you’ve never commented on my stuff or anything before, I will not draw anything for you. I only draw what I enjoy, and that alone takes me several hours for one picture. I don’t want to waste hours of my time doing requests or commissions only to get no response or just a simple “cool thanks.” Even if I get paid for a commission, I don’t want to do them. I want to focus on only my stuff. And also, don’t try to give me “ideas” or “suggestions,” those are just requests in disguise. Unless I specifically ask for ideas or suggestions, don’t try to convince me. And if you have "ideas" that you thought of, even if you don't need me to draw them, please keep them to yourself. I'm really, really not interested.

2) Can I post your art on Twitter/Facebook/etc?

For the love of Christ, no. deviantART is the only site I feel relatively safe to post my work. While there’s idiots here and there, you’re less likely to be “attacked” on here as opposed to cancel culture crazy Twitter/X, YouTube, etc. I don’t want people hunting me down for shipping Charliedust or whatever because it’s “not their canon sexualities!!!!11 ONE!!!”

3) Why do you ship stuff that goes against canon sexualities/pairings?

Aside from Viv saying, in 2018, shippers are allowed to ship whatever they want regardless of canon sexualities, just to have fun and that ship bullying is a no-no…because I just like the pairings I do? Charliedust is adorable and could have had potential (in s1e4, they had way more chemistry than Chaggie lmfao) and they just look better together. I don’t ship Angel with anyone else other than Charlie, besides Blitzo. Chaggie is boring AF to me (but I’ll take it over Charlastor in a heartbeat) and Vaggie’s sole character trait is being Charlie’s suffocatingly obsessive girlfriend. Stolitz is poorly written and toxic. Stolas and Blitzo deserve better than each other. I love them both, but not together. If the ship was written better from the start, I wouldn’t have minded it that much. Blitzo, I love with Angel Dust, Charlie, Mrs. Mayberry, but mostly Verosika. Stolas, I don’t ship him with any other male character in the show (although shipping him with Andrealphus is an amusing thought just for laughs), so I ship him with a female imp OC. I don’t ship Loona/Vortex because Vortex is just “cool love interest” and boring. And he’s already with Bee (who is a hot mess of a character that I’m tired of seeing). As for that other male hellhound in s1e8, there’s no character there lmao. Loona and Cherri are cute and look good together, and could mix well. Cherri is bi (and the CherriSnake was so forced and ridiculous), and since 99% of Viv’s characters aren’t straight (they’re gay/lesbian/bi/pan/whatever), I see nothing wrong with throwing Loona into that mix. It all boils down to, “I like what I like, the end.”

4) Where do you get your ideas?

Mostly from the top of my head. Sometimes I’ll be influenced by things like anime (particularly Sailor Moon, or Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood these days), books, my love of angst, movies, etc. I just do my own thing, and if I like it, I implement it, even if it goes completely off the rails from canon.

5) Can I draw your OC?

You don’t have to ask. I love any and all gift art! As long as you don’t use my OCs for hate speech, disgusting material (fetish stuff), bashing others, etc, go ahead and do whatever.

I just do what I do for fun. I‘m not here to be famous at all. If people like my stuff, great! If not, whatever, cool.

I’m not exactly a patient person these days; a lot of awful shit has happened in my life these past few years, so I’m not as nice or patient as I was a long time ago. But I still try to stay civil and friendly.

I’m a Christian (baptized in April 2006; although I never go to Church these days or pray that often), and I mean absolutely no blasphemy with my stuff. I’m just doing this stuff for fun is all. Despite the subject matter, I do strongly believe in God and Jesus. But I’m not so religious that I hate those who aren’t. Believe what you want to believe, or don’t want to believe, just don’t be an asshole about it. I don’t care if you’re Christian, Jewish, Satanist, an atheist, whatever; just don’t be a dick. But I’m not gonna be preachy in my beliefs.

I will delete comments that are rude/hateful, beyond stupid, ask questions that were already answered in the artist description or if you did a little digging in my gallery, repetitive, and/or just one word comments like “cool” or ”nice.” I hate answering the same question 50 times, I’m sick of people making presumptions/whatever because they can’t be bothered to read, and I’m sick of “uMmM tHiS sHiP iSn’T cAnOn bEcAuSe tHiS cHaRaCtEr iS *insert sexuality or the name of the partner they’re already with*” or “sInNeRs cAn’T bReEd!!!!” No shit, Sherlock, but my stuff is fanfiction, so ships and the laws of canon aren’t gonna apply. Deal with it.

Even though I have an attitude, I do love all of my fans! You guys keep me going despite me having severe depression. So thank you all for keeping me somewhat sane.

Overall, I’m just a loser nobody from Ohio who just makes fanart for mostly Helluva Hotel. Sometimes I’ll make fanart of other stuff now and then, but for now, HH is my main obsession/fandom.
