Death Note: A Stroll in the English Snow

Wooo! More Death Note! This was actually supposed to be submitted last week when I was on an uploading frenzy, but I actually forgot about it... I didn't remember it until AFTER I uploaded everything and I was like "Oh shit!...oh well." Anyways, yeah. this was just a cute idea of L and Misa meeting when they were both younger (L still being at Wammy's Orphanage, and Misa is just a little girl). Basically, L was out for an evening stroll, and he finds a young, upset Misa Amane crying in the snow. Apparently she accidentally got separated from her parents while they were touring the area earlier. So L brings her back to the Orphanage until Misa can contact her parents. Just a cute fluffy idea I had.

Actually, I drew this original scenario and stuff way back in 2010, but only to redraw it again years later so I could upload it here. It looks much better now. Just, the cute idea is so adorable! Anyways, I quite like how this came out, but it was a pain to do the background, since I originally had it at a HUGE file size before shrinking it. @.@ Anyway. Gah, now I want to write a cute, fluffy one-shot to this! Kyaaah!
